What is Effy Rewards?

Effy Rewards is our free loyalty program that allows you to earn points on every purchase and redeem those points toward future orders.


How do I sign up for Effy Rewards?

Signing up is easy! Simply visit effyjewelry.com/rewards and click “Join Now” to create your account. Use the same email address for both online and in-store purchases to ensure you earn points correctly.


I already have an Effy online account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

If you already have an online Effy account, please visit effyjewelry.com/rewards and sign in using your existing credentials. You’ll automatically be enrolled in Effy Rewards.


What if I have an old email address or multiple addresses and want to combine my accounts?

Simply email our Customer Care team at customercare@effyjewelry.com, and we’ll be happy to merge your accounts into one so that your points are consolidated.


Where can I see my point balance and account activity?

The Effy Rewards page is your hub for all points and perks. Visit effyjewelry.com/rewards to log in and view your balance, recent transactions, available rewards, and more.


Do I need to pay anything to join Effy Rewards?

No. Effy Rewards is completely free to join, and everyone who signs up is automatically placed in the Family tier.


Is there a minimum purchase amount to earn points?

There is no minimum purchase requirement to earn points on standard orders. However, for a referral to qualify (where both you and your friend each earn 2,000 points), your friend must spend $500 or more on a single purchase.


How do I earn points with Effy Rewards?

You earn 1 point per $1 spent on Effy Jewelry. Depending on your VIP tier, you may earn more than 1 point per dollar (up to 4x). You can also earn points through: 

  • Page Visits: 100 points each for visiting and following us on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. 
  • Birthday Reward: 1,000 points on your birthday. 
  • Anniversary Reward: 500–5,000 points, depending on your tier. 
  • Referral Program: You and your friend each get 2,000 points if they spend $500+ via your unique referral link.

When do my points appear in my account after a purchase?

Points should appear in your account within 48 hours after your order is marked as “Paid.” If you don’t see them after that timeframe, please contact Customer Care.


Do I earn points on taxes, shipping or fees?

No. Points are earned on the merchandise subtotal only. Taxes, shipping costs, and any additional fees are not included.


Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

First, confirm you were logged into your Effy Rewards account at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, points won’t be credited automatically; please reach out to us at customercare@effyjewelry.com so we can help. 

Additionally, points are not awarded if your purchase is returned or canceled. If you return an order for which you earned points, those points will be deducted from your balance.


How do I redeem my points?

When shopping at EffyJewelry.com, your available reward balance will appear at checkout. You may apply as many or as few points as you would like to receive a discount on your purchase. Points redemptions are combinable with other site offers promotions.


Can I redeem my points in-store?

Automatic redemption is currently available online only. If you’d like to use your points in-store, please speak with one of our sales associates or managers for available options.


Are purchases from third-party retailers eligible for Effy Rewards points?

Currently, only purchases made directly through Effy Jewelry—whether online at effyjewelry.com, in our boutiques at sea, our land stores, or our 5th Avenue boutique—are eligible for Effy Rewards points. Purchases made at major department stores or other third-party retailers are not part of our loyalty program, and points cannot be earned or redeemed on those transactions.


If I redeem points for a discount and then return my order, will I get my points back?

Yes. If you return an entire order that was discounted with points, we will refund you the amount charged to your payment method and restore the redeemed points to your account.


How do the referral rewards work?

Use your unique referral link to invite a friend. When your friend spends at least $500 in a single transaction, both of you receive 2,000 points. If a friend’s purchase doesn’t meet that minimum, the referral bonus won’t be awarded.


Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you like. You’ll earn points for each referral who makes a qualifying purchase of $500 or more.


What are the VIP Tiers, and how do I qualify?

The four VIP tiers—Family, Enthusiast, Loyalist, and Collector—are based on your rolling 12-month spend. Each tier offers higher point multipliers and special perks: 

  • Family: Entry-tier with 1x point multiplier, 500 anniversary points. 
  • Enthusiast: $3,000 spend → 2x multiplier, 500 entry points, 1,000 anniversary points. 
  • Loyalist: $5,000 spend → 3x multiplier, 1,000 entry points, 2,500 anniversary points, concierge service. 
  • Collector: $10,000 spend → 4x multiplier, 2,500 entry points, 5,000 anniversary points, concierge service, exclusive VIP event access.

How do I advance to a higher tier?

You can move up by spending the required amount (e.g., $3,000 for Enthusiast) within any rolling 12-month period. Once you reach a tier, you’ll remain there for a full year from the date you qualified.


Does my tier status change immediately when I qualify?

Yes. As soon as you reach the spend threshold for a higher tier, your account is upgraded, and you’ll start earning the new, higher point multiplier right away.


What are the benefits of each VIP tier?
  • Family: 1x point multiplier, free US shipping, 500 anniversary points. 
  • Enthusiast: 2x multiplier, free US shipping, 500 entry points, 1,000 anniversary points. 
  • Loyalist: 3x multiplier, free US shipping, 1,000 entry points, 2,500 anniversary points, concierge service. 
  • Collector: 4x multiplier, free US shipping, 2,500 entry points, 5,000 anniversary points, concierge service, VIP event access.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire three (3) years from the date they are earned.
